Cortado.js script details In its incipient stages jQuery was a simple JavaScript library that allowed developers to manipulate a page's content, abstracting complex JavaScript operations to simple functions.
Since its creation, jQuery has evolved into a behemoth framework and is slowly fading away from the favorites list of many developers, mainly due to its humongous file size.
Cortado.js is a simple re-implementation of the basic principles that made jQuery great in the first place, like support for custom events, simple DOM wrappers, and a basic HTML element selector and generator.
